Who Does the Work

Ceiling Leak Cleanup Team markets ceiling leak cleanup and water damage restoration services. Calls are passed to independent, locally operated restoration companies, and the marketing business may be paid by those companies.

The brand itself does not extract water, dry buildings, remove ceilings or repair plumbing, roofs and wiring. Independent companies carry out any work the property owner authorizes.

Separate Agreements With Each Company

A property owner decides whether to hire a company and signs that company's own work agreement. Each company sets its prices, terms and payment methods.

Ceiling Leak Cleanup Team does not supervise that work. Owners should read the agreement and ask the company about its qualifications before approving a job.

No Warranty

Information on these pages is general and comes without any warranty that it fits a particular building. Nothing here promises an arrival time, a price or a result for any property.

Insurance Decisions

An insurance company decides whether a policy covers a loss. Photographs, readings and invoices describe conditions and work done, and none of them promises payment.
